If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the Wallingford Gardeners Market:
Set up time is 8-9 AM. Booth space is 12 X 12 feet per registrant and will be assigned by the Market Manager.
A donation of $10.00 each week, payable in advance, is requested to help defray costs.
Pre-payment of $100.00 for the 10-week season will reserve a permanent spot.
The market is 100% volunteer run. All funds go into the market.
Each participant is responsible for set up and take down; for supplying all tents, umbrellas, tables, and chairs; and for clean up of the space.
Be aware that there is a sprinkler system in the lawn. Do not stake.
Vendors trucks and cars must be moved to any of the 100+ free parking spaces in the town lot just across the railroad tracks. We must save street parking for our customers.
Please do not park in the lot on the north side of Hall Ave. That lot belongs to the barber shop and cannot be used by our vendors. The town parking lot across the tracks is open to everyone.
